Bisphenol-A (BPA) is an organic compound found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resin. It is a rather tough compound and is extensively used in most plastic products such as plastic baby bottles, pacifiers, food containers etc.

Plastics marked with the number 7 and a "PC" is made of polycarbonate and contains BPA.

Using reusable containers and reusable plastic bottles you can save money and reduce the amount of polycarbonate waste from disposable plastic bottles. It is worthy to know what types of plastics should be avoided. This will aid in your purchase of products that are safe for your family's health.
